Our room has been upgraded for free. I love the shower. Unique ambiance and cool room design. Spacious, clean and fantastic location.

The hotel is undergoing some reconstruction so the main lobby and similar places are not available but this did not cause any problems and the reception was manned 24/7. Location is very very good and the rooms are fantastic.

Excellent location. Great food district of Seoul. Spotless rooms with great linen, facilities and service. Staff were very accomodating. Towels and room was serviced immaculately daily with water and coffee which was a bonus.

The room size at 10m2 is good enough for 2a2c. Though no wardrobe, there are spaces to hang coats. Walking distance to city hall exit 7. Nearby convenience stores, gong cha, dunkin donuts. Nearby 2 airport bus pickup locations - Westin & The Plaza, bus 6017 to incheon airport T1/T2.

The location is superb, right in Myeongdong and close to several busses and metro lines. The room is comfortable, with good light and temperature control. The unique design of the building is also fun to explore!

Location is amazing: very close to subway and limousine bus drop-off, lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The room has a lot of space.

Hotel is nearby city hall exit 7 walking 3 mins. Nearby coffee shops, so lively. Taxi also available nearby. The best is the room is spacious, with balcony! The staff also very helpful & they let us park our bags at the lobby before & after check in check out

The room was spacious, had a bathtub, and was in a good location. The view was nice on the upper floors. Convenience stores, coffee shops and Dunkin' Donuts are just around the corner. Beds are comfortable.
